Installation of Membrane Purification Line of Phenolic Compounds
Membrane technology enables the separation and purification of substances with or without pressure, with the help of a semi-permeable material.
Purification of phenolic compounds at the molecular level was carried out. Purpose of this; was to apply membrane technology to efficiently separate and purify complex phenolic compounds. He successfully performed the selection of high-performance membranes and suitable equipment, which was one of the key steps for the project.
Through his experience, higher purification rates have been developed, taking advantage of the many advantages of purification of phenolic compounds by membrane filtration compared to conventional methods. He took the lead in generating creative solutions and continuously increasing efficiency to deal with the challenges he faced during the project.
CFS (Colouring foodstuff) materials are one of the topics and areas related to natural food colorants that have increased in popularity recently. This method of producing these materials has become frequently discussed. Distinctions were introduced on many issues such as the selective separation of foodstuffs and the naturalness of extraction materials. With this method, CFS enabled the production of colorants and extracts. At the same time, the dyeing capacity of the products was increased by developing the same method.
