
Setting up of Quality Control and Assurance Departmants
In 2019, he established the quality control laboratory of the PICTA Natural Ingredients company, which he founded. In addition to the physical and chemical analyzes in the laboratory, he also set up a microbiology laboratory. Again in PICTA; he created all the instructions and procedures of these laboratories and enabled them to become operational. Quality analyzes of all liquid powder products developed at the facility were carried out internally. In addition, he installed FSSC 22000 at the facility and ensured the establishment of food safety culture in the company.
In 2021 at Yener Gıda company; he provided all the infrastructure and machinery installations of the aroma factory(150 m2). In addition, he set up a laboratory for quality control analysis. In addition, he ensured the establishment of the FSSC 22000 quality system.
